MEET SHERYL B. GUERRERO
Sheryl Guerrero is an estates agent specializing in residential sales and purchases. She aims to market your home to its fullest potential in order to maximize your profits in the shortest period of time.
Raised just outside of Detroit, Sheryl's sensibilities are a hybrid of midwest meets west coast. After graduating from Pepperdine's Graziadio School of Education, Sheryl followed her heart to the classroom, where she taught sixth grade math and science at Walter Reed Middle School. Forever a teacher, she approaches real estate with this same measure, moving her clients toward their goals with their best interest at heart. Having lived in a variety of neighborhoods in and around Los Angeles, Sheryl has a first-hand understanding of the real estate market here. She is dedicated to providing customer service that is rooted in her sincere concern for people and her enthusiasm for real estate.
Sheryl loves rain, but not driving in it. Together with her husband, their three wild children and one tame rabbit, she seeks out community and opportunities to connect people. Sheryl believes in the adventure in every day, and the value of time spent sitting and getting to know one another.
